Description

This course is for individuals that have low self-esteem and confidence or that have previously or currently suffered from low level Mental Health complaints. Candidates on the W4W programme will work with staff to identify their own strength areas and celebrate these whilst also creating an environment that allows candidates to achieve success, make bonds and friendships with likeminded others and create support networks to enable them to move forward positively on their journey. In addition to the course outcomes participants will also achieve a Certificate in Wellbeing which is a nationally recognised qualification and can be added to CV’s.

The course is delivered virtually to support social distancing requirements – candidates will be allocated a personal tutor who will make initial contact over the phone or email and provide support to access ongoing learning via Google Classroom, SKYPE and Socreative. Our tutor and support team will work with all individuals to provide support and solutions for those with limited access to ICT or those unconfident with digital skills. This is a great opportunity to develop from home and upskill yourself on really valuable work related digital platforms and skills that are now critical to the workplace.

Sessions cover:
Exercise, Health and Lifestyle
Finance Management
Self-Presentation
Opportunity Hunting
Sleep Patterns
Budgeting and Meal Planning
Diet and Eating for Success
