Description

This qualification aims to give learners knowledge of different Specific Learning Difficulties, how they are diagnosed and how individuals can be supported. The qualification can be used by a wide range of learners looking to improve their knowledge and awareness in this subject area. As it is a knowledge only course no placement is required. As it is a knowledge only course no placement is required. The length of this course would be 5 months. The course is delivered as distance learning with research materials provided to support the learning. An tutor/assessor will be allocated to for one-to-one support and advice. They will also mark work and provide feedback. E-learning training to support diversity and equality will also be provided.

This course is delivered by training provider BTAC (part of Bedford Borough Council) on behalf of Bedfordshire Employment & Skills Academy, part of Central Bedfordshire Council.
