Description

This course runs alongside the Wellbeing for Work level 1 qualification to provide you with activities and tasks to apply and consolidate skills related to productivity, communication, personal safety, physical health, healthy eating, motivation, self belief, mental health awareness and coping with change in the workplace.

This course is delivered by SSG on behalf of Bedfordshire Employment & Skills Academy, part of Central Bedfordshire Council.
