Course title
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services

What does the course cover?
The knowledge and skills required to manage practice and lead others. There are 2 pathways: Management Pathway or Advanced Practitioner Pathway

Who is it suitable for?
Anyone working in a management or leadership role, for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

How is it completed?
By being observed in the workplace, completing e-learning, research and written assignments, as well as reflection on current practice.

How long does it take to complete the course?
18 months.

What are the entry requirements?
You must be at least 19 years old, hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and be working in a suitable role for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Location
Independent learning completed online, with remote support from an assessor.

When can I start?
Anytime.

What can I progress onto after completing?
You may wish to move on to any of our short CPD qualifications.

Cost
£2,800. You may be eligible for an advanced learner loan. Otherwise, payment by instalments can be arranged.
