NCFE Diploma in Playwork Level 3

This qualification provides in depth knolwedge about the role of the playworker. It is aimed at experienced playworkers who have an appreciation of the playwork principles and practice. The diploma covers the knowledge and skills needed when working unsupervised in a play setting with children aged 4 -16 years. You will need to be working or volunteering in a playwork setting to demonstrate competence in both knowledge and skills, this is an important part of the assessment process. Duration of the course is 18 months.
