Description
A programme that will teach you how to manage and reduce negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours, using a range of wellbeing tools. Sessions are for those dealing with a range of life challenges such as depression, bereavement, relationship problems, stress at home or at work, unemployment, work related issues, anxiety or social isolation.
This course is delivered by Impact Mental Health on behalf of the Bedfordshire Employment & Skills Academy, part of Central Bedfordshire Council.
