It is important to feel confident going into a job interview. This course will help you prepare like a professional for upcoming interviews and help you feel in control. You will build confidence by learning useful preparation activities, recognising the importance of body language, and methods to help you answer different style questions you may be asked.

This workshop will cover topics like researching the company you're applying with, planning answers to common interview questions, identifying positive and negative body language and techniques to improve your own. You will build awareness of local courses and development opportunity.

Whether you're looking for a job now or preparing for the future, this course is suitable for you if you are looking to improve your interview skills

How is it completed?
Complete this short course by attending a virtual Microsoft Teams classroom delivered by a careers advisor. The content will be delivered by presentation, with opportunities for discussion and questions during the workshop. There will be some activities throughout to prepare and practice interview questions.

How long does it take to complete the course?
This course is delivered in one online workshop lasting 3 hours.

What are the entry requirements?
You must be at least 19 years old living or working in Central Bedfordshire or Bedford Borough.

Location
This workshop is delivered in an online classroom on Microsoft Teams.
