Explore effective communication and information gathering skillS

Understand the principles of confidentiality and data protection
Who is it suitable for?
This qualification is suitable for who want to understand the differences between information, advice and guidance. You don't need to be working in a relevant job role or have any prior knowledge or experience.
How is it completed?
This is a short professional qualification, which is completed entirely online. There's no face-to-face contact with your assessor. Instead, you will be uploading evidence to an online learning platform, which will be assessed remotely, and feedback provided.
How long does it take to complete the course?
3 months.
What are the entry requirements?
You must be at least 19 years old.
Location
Independent learning completed online, with remote support from an assessor.

Anytime.
What can I progress onto after completing?
You can access any other of our short CPD qualifications, or move on to one of our vocational qualifications, subject to being in the right job role.
