Description
This mental wellbeing course runs in the evening and is for busy people who aren't able to join daytime classes. It focuses on how to calm your thinking, change your habits and manage your emotions. This course is for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, grief, stress or any other mental health issues. It's relaxed and it helps build mental resilience, self-confidence, self-compassion and supports with wellbeing practices you need to put you back in control of your health and your future.
This course is delivered by Impact Mental Health on behalf of Bedfordshire Employment & Skills Academy, part of Central Bedfordshire Council.
