Explore Employer Organisations & Structures to understand how companies operate, and improve your Communication skills - written, verbal, and non-verbal - for professional settings. Teamwork & Workplace Relationships teaches effective collaboration and mentoring, while Social Media in Business highlights digital opportunities and risks. Online Safety & Data Protection shows how to protect systems, data, and comply with legal requirements. Optional units let you tailor your learning to your career goals, including Team Leading, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Customer Relationships, Equality & Diversity, Customer Service, and Human Resources.

How is it completed?
This is a short professional qualification, which is completed entirely online. There is no face-to-face contact with the assessor. Instead, you will be uploading evidence to an online learning platform, which will be assessed remotely by the assessor, and feedback provided.?

How long does it take to complete?
6 months. It is important that you can commit sufficient time to this qualification, and in order to achieve it, you need to ensure you can allocate 5-7 hours per week (on average) for completing the tasks.

What are the entry requirements?
This qualification is designed for individuals seeking to enter the business administration field or enhance their existing skills. Learners must be at least 19 years old and live or work in Central Bedfordshire or Bedford Borough.
